All file types are accepted, however in order to receive your Free PDF proof in minutes, please use either PDF or EPS file formats. PDF and EPS formats are recommended. All other file types are accepted and require more time for proof preparation.
.pdf PDF preserves fonts and formatting electronically across multiple platforms and will reproduce on the screen as on printed paper.
.eps EPS is an encapsulated postscript file. EPS can be processed through Illustrator or Photoshop. The preferred output when using Illustrator
PDF or EPS are often the standard methods used for transferring image data between Mac or PC operating systems.
.ai, Adobe Illustrator is a vector graphics editing program which is commonly used for logos and print media. Illustrator files can also be saved as EPS.
.tiff TIFF is made from Photoshop and is the preferred output for photo images when being used within layouts. They can be saved with or without layers. We prefer they be flattened files.
.psd PSD is an Adobe Photoshop document and is a professional image-editing program which can be used within layouts.
.indd INDD (InDesign) is commonly used for desktop publishing. Includes page formatting, links, styles, and swatches along with other formatting options.
.qxd QXD is used for desktop publishing of QuarkXpress 5 or earlier, and is used to create page layouts, flyers, brochures, catalogs and books.
.qxp QXD is used for desktop publishing of QuarkXpress 6 or later and is used to create page layouts, flyers, brochures, catalogs and books.
.pub PUB (Microsoft Office Publisher), is a desktop publishing application from Microsoft. It is an entry-level application, differing from Microsoft Word in that the emphasis is placed on page layout and design rather than text composition and proofing.
.doc DOC is a Microsoft program used primarily for creating letters or interoffice documents and should be saved as a PDF for export.
