Booklet sizes

Our standard booklet sizes are 8.5 X 11 and 8.5 X 5.5. Both are popular sizes. Page counts in multiples of four are available starting with eight pages. If you have a custom size or page count, please fill out a custom quote form to get an estimate. Soft folding is available if your 8.5 X 11 needs to fold down to half of its size.

Booklet stock

For booklets with a heavier cover, we offer 80# gloss cover stock and 80# gloss text for the inside pages. 80# gloss text can also be used for the cover and inside pages if you like. It is a lighter stock that works well for direct mail booklets. We offer 100# gloss text as our standard because it is a thick, quality stock. This works well for small self cover booklets. Specialty stocks are available by filling out a custom quote form.

Custom printing

Print Lion offers custom project management from start to finish. From concept and development, to printing, to finishing services our team will work with you to create your vision. Some companies have specific sizes, stock options and even custom die-cutting that they use for all of their marketing materials. We offer graphic design and marketing support to help you create your custom booklet. Other custom services such as laminating, foil stamping and custom binding are available. When using your booklet as a direct mail piece, take advantage of our mailing service to get your booklet out faster. You can use your current customer database or work with our team to get a mailing list that will reach out to new prospects in your area. Soft folding is available for your booklet if it needs to be reduced in size for the mail. Sizes, design and paper stock choices are sometimes dictated by what is accepted by the post office. It is important to check these regulations before designing your booklet for the mail. Some sizes now require triple tabbing, which will possibly affect your design and costs. The size of the mailing panel should be checked as well.

Standard shipping and blind shipping options are available if your booklet is not a direct mail piece. If you order in advance, we will mail your booklets ground for the most cost effective solution. Expedited shipping for orders that need to get to you right away is also available! If your booklets need to be shipped directly to the customer we offer blind shipping, which allows us to mail your booklets to your customer without them knowing that they came from us!
