If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will reprint it or provide you with a refund, with the following terms and conditions:

• Shipping charges are not included in the full refund guarantee.
• Before reprinting or refunding your order, we request that your order be returned to us at our expense.
• Maximum refund per order or customer is $2,500.00. If the order is over $2,500.00 it will be reprinted to correct defects or errors.
• Guarantee is limited to a reprint of the original order quantity or purchase price and does not include shipping and handling fees. We are not responsible for damages or claims that occur at your place of business or by you or your employees.
• This guarantee does not cover fees associated with mailing service, postage or associated consequential damages or claims. We are not liable for USPS errors, including delay or loss.
• Printlion.com unconditionally warrants our product to be better than acceptable commercial standards. We accept the full responsibility to produce first quality four-color printed matter. Further, we will match our four color proof approval by you or we will reprint it at no additional cost.
• We use the CMYK full color process and are not responsible for printed color variations that may occur during the color conversion process.

Printlion.com is not responsible for the following errors:

• Improper spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by you, the customer.
• Uploaded images of inferior quality or low-resolution.
• Design or color selection errors made by you the customer during the creation of your artwork file.
• Order specification error such as product, size, quantity, finishing, mailing or shipping options.
• Uploaded files that did not meet required file dimensions, image orientation or file submission specifications.
• Damage which occurred after order was received by the customer.
• Duplicate orders that are placed by the customer.
• Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole-drilling, die-cutting and all other additional custom services.
• Shipping errors such as an incorrect shipping address, packages that are undeliverable after 3 attempts and all other customer errors.

Just email us a screen shot of the competitors published price, showing the lower price to customerservice@printlion.com when placing your order. Once we confirm the printing options and pricing information, we will credit you the difference.
