For your custom post card printing order, no matter who your audience is, keep it simple and short! Try to make your message clear in as few words as possible. Use bold, serif fonts, such as Times New Roman, because they are easier to read. If you are using a sans serif font, such as Ariel, then make sure that it is large. Use graphics that compliment your postcard purpose.

Custom Post Card Color

We offer several different color options for your postcards in our quick quote system. Full color on both sides is our most popular option because you can use any color combination for a unique postcard on the front and back! Custom Post Card Stock

Our standard stock offered on our quick quote is a high quality 14 point card stock. UV coating is added to the front of your postcards as a standard service. This coating protects the front of the postcard and gives it a quality gloss front look. Aqueous coating is also available for your postcards. Having a coating on one side allows you to write on the back side of the postcards, which works well if you are passing the post cards out in your store and you need write notes, specs or phone numbers down for customers.

Custom Post Card Size

We offer many standard size options including a 4 X 6, 4.25 X 6, 6 X 9, and 6 X 11 in our quick quote. If you have a custom size, fill out a custom quote form to receive an estimate for your custom postcards. If you are mailing your post card make sure what you are printing is not too expensive to mail. A 4.25 X 6 is the largest size post card to mail at a first class postcard rate. If your post card will be die- cut it is important to check it with the post office to make sure that it can be mailed before you have it printed.

You can design your own post cards or work with our graphic design team to create something brilliant! If you are designing your own postcards consider using our free templates that outline the bleed lines, safety lines and trim lines necessary for print. Also, check over our print ready checklist before placing your order and uploading your files for print to make sure that your files meet all of our requirements. For example, all images must have a high resolution to ensure that the images will not print blurry. If you need design assistance our graphic design team will work with you to create a postcard design that exceeds your expectations.

If your order is for more than 500, then your postcards will be printed on a sheet-fed offset printing press. In addition to printing services, we offer laminating, foil stamping, die-cutting and hole drilling for your post card orders. If your postcard is going to be die-cut and mailed make sure that it approved by the post master before having it printed.

If you are not mailing your postcards we offer various shipping options. If you place your order in advance we will ship your post cards ground with UPS for the most affordable. If you need your faster, we offer overnight and two day air shipping. Blind shipping is also available if your post card order needs to ship directly to your customers without them knowing that it came from us.
