If you are not using our mailing service for your postcard order, place your postcard order 6-8 business days in advance to get the best rate using ground shipping. Overnight and two day air shipping is available if your postcards are a rush order. Blind Shipping is available if your order needs to go directly to your customer. We can ship orders directly to your customers without them knowing that if came from Print Lion.

Postcard printing

At Print Lion, we offer both digital and sheet-fed offset printing. For orders less than 500 we offer digital printing and for orders over 500 we print with sheet-fed offset printing presses. Both digital and sheet-fed offset printing result in high quality printed pieces.

Postcard color

A number of color printing options for your postcard are available. Full color on the front and back of your postcard  works well if you have graphics on the back mailing panel. We also offer full color on the front of your postcard with black ink on the back of your postcard. Lastly, you can opt for a full color front with a blank back.

Postcard size

Four standard sizes are available to choose from. We offer 4 X 6, 4.25 X 6, 6 X 9 and 6 X 11 online. Custom sizes are available. In-house die-cutting service is also available to make your postcard unique. Fill out a custom quote to get an estimate. Postcard stock

We offer a 14 point card stock gloss stock that offers a high quality look for your postcards. Whether your postcards are being used for your small business or your wedding this stock is the perfect weight. We offer lighter and heavier weight card stocks depending on your needs. Your postcards can be mailed directly to your customers by providing our mailing team with your current mailing list. If you are interested in reaching a new audience, please speak with a print professional about ordering a new mailing list. A mailing list with a specific person’s name can be more effective than saying for example “Print Buyer.” While 4 X 6 post cards the most popular size of postcards mailed, all of the other postcards are able to be mailed as well. Be careful of the costs of mailing the larger sized postcards.
