Color

Three color options for postcard printing are standard in our quick quote system. All three options offer a full color on the front. Full color printing on both sides, as well as full color on the front cover with black text on the back. A full color cover with a blank back is also available depending on your postcard needs. Custom quotes are also available by filling out our custom quote form.

Stock

We offer a heavy 14 point card stock as our standard quick quote option for postcards. A UV coating on the front of your postcards gives them a high quality look and also protect the postcard. Custom sizes are also available.

Size

We offer 4 X 6, 4.25 X 6, 6 X 9 and 6 X 11 as our standard postcard size options. 4.25 X 6 is the largest size approved by the post master to mail at a first class postcard rate.

Design

You can design your own postcards or ask us for assistance. If you are designing your own postcards take advantage of our free templates that are available for all of our standard postcard sizes. Postcard printing

Two types of postcard printing are available with Print Lion. We determine which types of printing method we will do based on the quantity of cards ordered. For card printing orders of 500 or less we print digitally and for orders of more than 500 we will print on a sheet-fed offset press. Both digital and sheet offset printing services offer high quality printing for affordable prices.

Specialty services

In addition to postcard printing services, we offer post-press printing services such as laminating, foil stamping, hole drilling and die-cutting. If you are die-cutting your postcard and plan on mailing it, clear it with the post office before having it printed.

Mailing

If you are using your cards as a direct mail piece save time by sending your postcards through Print Lion. We will save you time and money using our in-house mailing services. Simply send us your current mailing list or ask us about order a new mailing list.

Shipping

If your postcards are not being mailed, we offer a few types of shipping to get your postcards to mail direct to you. UPS ground shipping is available if you place your order in advance. This is the most cost effect option. Two day air shipping is available for orders that need to be shipped out quickly. Lastly, blind shipping is available for orders that need to ship directly to your customers. Your postcards can be mailed from here without them knowing that they came from us. Shrink wrapping in packs of 50 is available as well.
