When designing full color files, please design using CMYK (4 color process; Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). A grayscale color mode should be used when submitting black and white graphics or images.
Your monitor is currently configured using RGB (Red, Green and Black) color process. CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) color formatting is the preferred method used for four color process printing. CMYK has the ability to reproduce the color of your graphics exactly. If your artwork was created in RBG, please convert it to CMYK before uploading. After conversion, please review your colors, as they may need adjusted.
Any files that are sent as LAB, RGB or have additional PMS (Pantone colors) will be returned to the client. If you need us to convert the files for you, there is a chance that a color change/shift will occur. This commonly happens in blues and browns.
Bleed is a printing term that refers to printing that goes beyond the edge of the sheet after trimming. The bleed is the part on the side of your document that gives the printer that small amount of space to move around paper and design inconsistencies.

If you are submitting files and not using our templates, it is important that you include a 1/8" bleed on all four sides of your document. If including crop marks, please make sure to center your document within the PDF.
