The Cancer Prevention and Treatment Fund is a small nonprofit. When we wanted to print a patient booklet and fact sheet for medical professionals on a kind of early breast cancer, we looked for an online print shop that could give us high quality at low prices. I got frustrated with the online quotes I was getting—the customer service was lousy, some wouldn’t give hard copy proofs, and others had hard to understand file requirements. When I found Print Lion, it was 6:00 pm but I emailed them anyway and explained about the problems we were having.
